Looking for a space for your next gathering? Pilgrim Baptist Church offers space for community events, meetings, celebrations, weddings, funerals and other gatherings. Our facilities are available subject to availability and approval.
Our Spaces
Sanctuary
Traditional sanctuary with stationary pew seating, a raised platform, keyboard, drums and sound system. Suitable for weddings, funerals, concerts, worship gatherings and other large events.
Fellowship Hall
Flexible multi-purpose space with tables and chairs available and seating for up to 100. Great for meetings, receptions, workshops, community gatherings and celebrations.
Kitchen
Equipped with two stoves, two microwaves, refrigerator, preparation space and sinks. Available independently or alongside the Fellowship Hall.

Rates include up to four hours, including set-up and clean-up. Longer and recurring rentals are quoted individually. Additional services, including A/V support, may be available at an additional cost.
How to Rent
Step 1: Tell us about your event
Fill out the form by clicking the button below or contact the church office to connect with the Facilities Coordinator for your preferred date, event type, expected attendance and space requirements.
Step 2: Confirm availability and details
We'll discuss your event, available spaces, equipment or services required, and applicable fees.
Step 3: Complete your rental agreement
Once the details are confirmed, we'll provide the Facility Rental Agreement for completion. Your booking is confirmed once the agreement is approved and the required payment and security deposit have been received.
